Men’s Sheds

A place to meet like-minded people and someone to share your worries with. Aims to reduce isolation and help men deal with mental health challenges.

NHS 111

Call 111 if you need help urgently for your mental health, but it's not an emergency. They will tell you the right place to get help if you need to see someone.

Samaritans

Call 116 123 if you need to talk to someone. As well as being available by phone, email or text, you can speak to trained volunteers in person in Bolton town centre.

Single Point Of Access (SPOA)

If you need help with your mental health, Bolton Psychological Therapies delivers therapy based on your preferred outcome and needs. Contact SPOA to self-refer.

Silverwellbeing Therapy Service

Confidential therapeutic services for people who want to self-refer rather than talk to their GP or healthcare worker.

Women’s Wellbeing Club

Peer support community group for women run by volunteers. The Bolton group meet every Tuesday, 6pm to 8pm at The Chetham Arms.
