What we offer

Bereavement Group – The group is not about professional counselling, It is about friendship, mutual support and understanding. We are an informal group that meets together on the first Monday of every month at 7.30 pm.

What we offer

The Bereavement Nurse is a Registered Nurse who is available on the telephone or, by appointment, in person to talk through what matters to you, and is available to offer ongoing support to recently bereaved families, especially those whose relatives have died in our hospital.

Drop-in Support Group: Held once a month in Tesco community room.

What we offer

Counselling service for people presenting issues with extended bereavement. 
GP/Primary Healthcare professionals can advise clients to contact the Counselling Services referral number (criteria applies). 
Patients can self-refer via Single Point of access on telephone line or via GP. 
Service offered in GP Surgery rooms in individual practices and LIFT buildings and Community rooms in LIFT buildings and clinics.

What we offer

Lean on Me Project – CBT Counselling to suit the needs of clients, including low mood, depression, anxiety and low self-esteem, etc.
This is generic Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Not limited to bereavement issues.
