What we offer
We offer support to women who are experiencing a wide range of difficulties and need additional support.
Our team is made up of person-centered counsellors, TA therapists, Art therapists, Psychodynamic Counsellors, CBT therapists and Integrative Therapists. We offer short to medium term counselling and the service is free of charge, although we do encourage donations to support us with our running costs. In addition to this, the team also has two hypnotherapists and 2 life coaches.
We also have a team of volunteers who deliver complimentary therapies, such as Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Emotional Freedom Technique and Shiatsu. We have other volunteers who facilitate art and crafts drop-in, as well as social drop-in’s.
